Last summer, I had the good fortune of going on a leopard hunt in the Limpopo province of South Africa with Hanno van Rensburg of Authentic African Adventures. Hanno and his staff worked very hard to make sure every animal we harvested was of exceptional quality and he has access to tens of thousands of acres to hunt on. Accommodations were modern and comfortable and I would recommend Hanno and Authentic African Adventures to anyone in pursuit of quality plains game and leopard.

I bought a African Safari by Hanno van Rensburg at a banquet in Cedar City. We went on the hunt this August. It was FABULOUS! Everything about Hanno's safaris is top notch. We had absolutely no problems. Great PH's, excellent trackers and skinners and support staff. The accommodations, transportation and food was excellent. I would buy this hunt in a flash if its offered again this year at the banquet. You may use me as a reference for this safari. |

My wife and I hunted with Hanno in July of 2009 for our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a memorable anniversary thanks to Hanno and his great crew. I was able to take the largest blue wildebeast of the year on his place and 4 other trophies. We also booked a couple of days of sightseeing with Hanno and we saw some marvelous places that a regular tourist would never get to see. Hanno's experience showed and he gave over the proverbial 110 percent. He catered to our every need, even when we didn't know we had the need. His other PH, Steven, is the best tracker I have ever seen. I would hunt again with Hanno in a heartbeat (so would my wife). I would recommend him to anyone. |

I had the privilege of accompanying Grant Van Houten on a trip to South Africa after he bought a hunt from Hanno Van Rensburg of Authentic African Adventures while attending a dinner in Pendleton, Oregon. Being my first time doing something like this, I was impressed by Hanno himself and his staff, our accommodations, the food, care for animals taken, and the overall quality of animals taken. It was everything he had advertised and more. Hanno has a vision to make his property a place where trophy animals can be taken and he is working hard to make that vision a reality.It was the trip of a lifetime. |
